Our real estate department covers the whole life of a project: supplying materials, finding and selling land, building, connecting sellers and buyers, then developing the land.
We work with individuals, tradesmen, companies and developers. Every service is covered by a written quote, in CFA francs, before work begins.
01 — Materials
Building materials supply
Crushed aggregates, sand, backfill and laterite, loaded at our yard and delivered by tipper. The 5/15 and 5/25 aggregates are visually checked before loading.

02 — Land
Land for sale
We offer plots in Abidjan and in the interior of the country, together with the documents available for each one. Our role is to show you the land and its surroundings, present the existing paperwork and support you through to signature.

03 — Construction

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver materials straight to the site?
Yes, in 10 to 30 tonne tippers depending on the order, in Abidjan and the surrounding area. Our drivers handle the tipping: tell us about site access (road width, wall or gate) when you request the quote.
How can I check that a plot can be sold?
We hand over the documents we hold (ACD, land certificate or land title depending on the file) and we recommend having them verified with the relevant land office before any payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Mobile Money and bank transfer. A deposit is required with the order and the balance is paid on delivery or on acceptance of the works, as agreed in writing.
Do you work outside Abidjan?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis, anywhere in Côte d’Ivoire. Transport costs are calculated by distance and stated in the quote.
How long does a quote take?
Usually within one business day. On WhatsApp, replies are often faster during opening hours.
