1. Who is the data controller?
The controller of the data collected on this site is LE PRESTIGE DU LITTORAL SARL, an Ivorian company registered in the trade register under number CI-ABJ-03-2019-B12-08886 (taxpayer account 1923981 G), whose head office is at Yopougon, quartier Maroc, Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire — 21 BP 1763 Abidjan 21.

2. What data is collected?
We only collect the data needed to handle your request:
- Data you give us: name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and, where relevant, the documents you attach (plan, CV, photographs of a plot).
- Technical data: the servers hosting this site automatically record connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). These logs are used for security and to keep the service running properly.
3. How is this data obtained?
The contact form on this site does not send any data to our servers: it simply opens WhatsApp with your message already written. The message only reaches us if you confirm sending it in WhatsApp. You can also write to us directly by email, by phone or in person.
No advertising trackers. This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools and no social network pixels. It only stores, in your browser’s local storage, the language you chose, so that we can offer the same one next time.
4. Why is this data processed?
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To perform an ordered service (material delivery, sale, works, hosting, website design).
- To follow up the commercial relationship and provide after-sales service.
- To meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent use.
5. On what legal basis?
Processing is based on your consent when you contact us, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps when you place an order, and on our legitimate interest for site security and evidence of our exchanges. It is carried out in accordance with Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data.
6. How long is it kept?
- Requests that lead nowhere: 12 months from the last exchange.
- Quotes, invoices and accounting records: 10 years, in line with legal obligations.
- Job applications: 12 months, unless you agree to longer retention.
- Server technical logs: 12 months maximum.
7. Who can access it?
Your data is accessible only to the people in the company handling your file. It may be passed to providers who assist us (hosting, accounting, transport) to the extent necessary for their task. We never sell or rent your data. Transfers outside Côte d’Ivoire, where needed for a service you have requested, are covered by the safeguards provided by law.
8. What are your rights?
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. You may also request restriction of processing or withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to info@leprestigedulittoral.com stating your request. We reply within a reasonable period, in principle within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI), the body responsible for personal data protection.
9. How is your data protected?
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: access limited to authorised staff, individual passwords, sites served over HTTPS, regular backups and deletion of data that is no longer needed.
10. Links to other sites
This site links to our Ivoire Hosting and Ivoire Annonces platforms and to WhatsApp. Those services apply their own privacy policies, which we invite you to read.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the regulations change. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
