2. Purpose of the site and acceptance

This site presents the activities of LE PRESTIGE DU LITTORAL SARL: building materials, land sales, construction and public works, real estate brokerage, land development, and web services. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Published information

The information, photographs and descriptions published here are provided in good faith and for guidance only. They do not constitute a firm offer. The characteristics of a plot of land or a material are set out in the quote and the documents handed to the client. Photographs of sites and products illustrate our activity and may not correspond exactly to a specific batch.

4. Intellectual property

The name, logo, texts, photographs and videos on this site are the property of LE PRESTIGE DU LITTORAL SARL unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners.

5. Quotes and orders

Every service is covered by a written quote in CFA francs (XOF) stating the nature of the works or supplies, quantities, price, lead time and delivery terms. A quote is valid for the period it states, or failing that for 30 days from its issue date. An order becomes firm once the quote is accepted in writing (signature, WhatsApp message or confirmation email) and, where applicable, the deposit is paid.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are stated in CFA francs, exclusive or inclusive of tax as indicated in the quote.
  • Accepted payment methods are cash, Mobile Money and bank transfer.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required with the order and the balance is paid on delivery or on acceptance of the works.
  • A receipt is issued for every payment. Any transfer fees are borne by the client.

7. Material deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address given by the client, in Abidjan and the surrounding area, and on a case-by-case basis elsewhere. The client must ensure the site is accessible to a tipper truck (road width and strength, no obstacles) and that unloading is possible. Quantities delivered are recorded on the delivery note, which the client or their representative signs. Stated lead times are indicative and may change in the event of bad weather, traffic difficulties or temporary unavailability of a product.

8. Land and property

The sale of land or property is formalised by a written deed. The client is invited to have the ownership documents and the situation of the property verified by the competent authorities before any payment. LE PRESTIGE DU LITTORAL SARL acts as an intermediary or as a seller depending on the case, as stated in the file provided.

9. Web services and hosting

Web services (hosting, domain names, website design and maintenance, online advertising) are governed by the specific terms of the relevant platform, Ivoire Hosting or Ivoire Annonces, in addition to these terms. Service availability depends on external factors (operators, power supply, domain registrars) that we do not fully control; we undertake to act as quickly as possible in the event of an incident.

10. Warranties and claims

The client must check that the delivery or the works conform on receipt and report any apparent non-conformity or defect in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. After examination we will, as appropriate, replace, redo or rectify. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by a third party or non-conforming use.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the service ordered. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or delays resulting from force majeure, incorrect information provided by the client or a cause beyond our control.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first try to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent courts of Abidjan.

14. Updates

We may amend these terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the date of the order.
